... across the horizon, there was always something new to watch and something different happening. The capsule provided panoramic views of the city below and we spotted of famous landmarks, including the House of Parliament, and some locations I had already discovered.

It took 30 minutes for the eye to completely revolve which was an ideal time to enjoy and observe the view. Seeing London from the eye, felt like a whole new world, ...

We drove back to the pour me song once again and George and I decided we would brave the cold to find the post office. ... Rubbing shoulders with the crowds at Leicester Square tube station and on to the The French House, local pub to de Gaulle et al during the war. Downed a quick prosecco before A&N took us to their special surprise: a huge below-street very French brasserie called "Zédel" in the middle of Soho. Highly recommended, and very reasonable prices for London. A great meal from apéritif to dessert, then back home to try to sleep before our final full day in London ...
