        ... happy not to have to climb the hill to our hotel or to the castle! We went back to our hotel, showered and rested a bit before going back into town for supper at a marvelous place called Restaurace Mincovna. The food was based on traditional dishes but with a modern twist. Yummy. Goose liver pate, beef with cream sauce, and schnitzel with baby roasted potatoes. The sommelier served us our wine:).
