... until we got home! The tourists became the attraction!

We didn’t get to the train station to see the masses but the newspapers here published a few photos and a friend got some, so I might get my hands on a few. The main street (Airport Rd) shut down on Sunday and was filled with people sitting on newspapers for the final prayer. This is what we were out to see, and when it ended was the stampede, everyone just left and we kinda got caught in the middle of it all.

... ve decided that the funny horns on buses actually create a force field around the bus that enables it to plough through traffic untouched. This magical traffic force field switches off right before we leap out of the moving bus at our desired stop. Also, men give up their seats for me on th public bus! Chivalry does exist here!
