... less than ideal here. What I thought was a minor side road, was actually the main thoroughfare around the island. It is narrow, filled with potholes and really skinny speed bumps that made our car bounce into the air...poor Alston in the back seat felt the brunt of the speed bumps, but she was a good sport! Cars barely have room to squeeze past each other and we were very thankful that we had the Daihatsu and not a Suburban! Just when you think that the car coming in ...
We woke up and had some breakfast while watching TV. We were both pretty excited to get e day started. We left our hotel room and checked out around 12:00pm. We then headed to security and got re routed to another checkpoint and then waited for an hour to clear TSA so much for prescreened expedited status. Well now we are walking around ...
Today we were at sea all day. We walked the ship, checking out various points of interest. Finding the game room, we sat down for rousing game of Mexican Canasta. At dinner tonight we met a couple that has been married for 67 years. Jim flew fighter planes out of Burma during WWII. He ended up flying 127 missions. This is incredible with the survival rate of a maximum of 25 missions. The show tonight was a comedian who was quite ...
