... wife and one of his daughters and son in law. Before we went into the church we had a walk around the church. There was a river running beside the church and we saw a canal lock. A man was closing the lock by hand (what a great workout). In only a minute a canal boat appeared from below the river edges. Just amazing. Unfortunately we were on the wrong side of the river so we didn't get a close look. Will have to hunt out another one.
