... Then we happened upon "Art on the River" - a whole area filled with a wide variety of artists. We ate lunch at "Clingman's Cafe" and sat outside on a sunny patio - lovely! ... chose the route to Mt. Mitchell via Blue Ridge Pkwy. However, partway along, we found that the road was closed. So, we continued along the open road to Waynesville and from there to Burnsville North Carolina. ... well! we came home and I was brave enough to go jump in the pool... It was refreshing but COLD!!! Proud to say I'm the first person in the pool since they took the cover off which was like 3 days ago hahaha yay I'm the brave one! However, it would be interesting to see if I could swim at 6am!
