... I'm used to stocking up on food like there's going to be shortages. Everything is small and packed in small quantities. So I got a pack of miniature sized plums (like 4 plums here equal a plum back home) and there were 6 in a pack. Great. The whole pack is basically one serving size of fruit... Marni and Brody were in good form today. There was an elderly couple sitting behind us waiting to be picked up by their driver who was stuck in the snow. Marni and Brody entertained them for most of our lunch. It was very cute and it definitely made the couples wait more enjoyable.
After our lazy lunch we walked back and the kids walked back along the wall again.
... We enjoyed some canapés washed down with some sparkling wine, and listened to a speech from the Captain as well as watching a presentation showing the future FOCL cruises. Then it was time to go to lunch. :-)
Afterwards we went back up on deck to do another five laps, and we noticed it was quite a lot colder, and there was a strong wind blowing at the port side bow.

After working up a good sweat we returned to the cabin, got changed and freshened up a bit, then went to the Secret Garden again to have a light lunch.

After 50 minutes we arrived at York, and decided it was a good time to crack open the bottle of chilled cava we’d brought, along with some orange juice, to enjoy a couple of glasses of Buck’s Fizz each, along with the snacks we’d brought to keep us going.
