Still sticking at it, although not filled in the blog for quite a while.
Since starting have stuck religiously to three meals and day with no snacks, Surprisingly easy. Been doing lots of reading and watching relevant youtube videos.
Have made coconut bread - looks incredibly small - about 2 inches high at the most when cooked, but enough for 4 days - 20 slices in total, 4 per day for Sue, 1 per day for Roger.
