Oh, England. Where to start. Not at the beginning. It was very strange to walk down the street, sit in a restaurant, walk into a store, and hear English spoken all around you. It has been 6 months since that was normal.

The clocks moved ahead one hour so now six hours ahead of home and an hour less sleep. Well not really. We were up at 8 and off for breakfast at a rousing 9:00, in the dining room where we began our day with heart healthy frittata and whole wheat toast followed by one mile around the deck.
