... saw a young girl openly smoking - she would have been 12 or 13. There may be an age limit but she was ignoring it! I guess that's not unusual though! The other thing is the dogs. Some of them are treated like babies. We saw a woman carrying a tiny puppy and pushing the other three small dogs in a pusher around the market.
