The Szechenyi website helpfully informs us that this is one of the largest bathing complexes in Europe, and the springs are some of the hottest and deepest, with temperatures hovering around 23 Celsius As we sat in the Central Market Hall chowing down on more food than was advisable to eat, the other intern with whom I was traveling asked, "So, what do you want to do tonight?"

... how clean the public toilets are. Some of the toilets have toilet paper on the outside of the toilets, which means you have to remember to take in with you.

I saw a lady doing garbage collection and she was wearing a beautiful full on diamond neck lace.It probably wasn't real, but it was very out place for the type of work she was doing.

... which is divided in two by a beautiful river). Orginally Budapest was two towns who used to continually fight each other. Buda on one side and Pest on the other. Now Budapest. Had a short boat trip at night with Budapests large historical buildings all lit up. Beautiful to see. It doesn't get dark over here till around 10pm and it's light around ...

... By now it was raining again and we didn't feel inclined to find our way down to the river to look for the 'pretty' bit.
So we pressed on the last few miles to Budapest. We got a bit lost looking for the ring road - the MO so went into the carpark of a big Auchan( French s'mkt chain - Tesco is on the other side of the city!)
We got some florints from the cash point - 330f = 1 and made use of their carpark ...
