    ... dying to head back to the hotel and get some rest. The shopping mall had other plans... as it was past 11pm the mall was closed so no escalators or lifts would go lower than the 10th floor. After walking around like lost puppies we decided that it may be a case of having to go up in order to get down, which surprisingly worked as there was a lift straight down to the MTR station on level 13...unlucky for some.

    ... and I ordered wontons and Tony ordered wantons and noodles - we had no idea what they were going to be but mine were delicious deep fried fish parcels with a spicy tomato sauce, Tony's were also fish but steamed fish balls in a cabbage soup which were ok but the texture of the fish was rather slimy! Cappuccino was off on that day so I tried Hong Kong tea which was very strong with condensed milk - I think once was enough with that drink! We walked about 10 ...

    ... have the coolest way of texting 9) I will never grow up... 10) Disney princesses are not Chinese in Hong Kong Disneyland 11) I will never be a ninja - tai chi is much harder than it looks! 12) I have the same size hands as Jackie Chan 13) British influence is still very prominent here.     ... as a TA so won't have to lead the class which is a big relief. I will, however, have to lead it for a specific summer school between 14th July and 28th July but that should be fine :)

    ... Hong Kong doesn't feel anywhere near as crowded as London, despite the insane person density (7 people per square metre). My guess is that it's the height - walk ways cross cross, intersect and rise above each other all the time. If you look up or down the chances are you're looking at more Hong Kong. *** A genuine Hong Kong dining experience. No other tourists inside, no fancy tablecloths or china.
