... and our boat didn't leave till 2.30pm but ended up not leaving till nearly 3pm. I caught up on my blog which for some reason has been made more difficult as I haven't been able to open the app for the last three days and so I had to do it through their web site. The room is also quite close to St. Georges beach, which seems quite a bit more relaxed and family friendly than the beaches we saw on Mykonos.

Fortunately, a nice man called Danos who was selling rooms, offered to call my hotel and let them know that I was waiting for them. I was told I would be picked up in an hour and a half, which I was not happy about as I was eager to get to my hotel and get settled. However, showing my displeasure at this I was ...

... is a studio apartment, with a little balcony and French doors. It's still air conditioned with marble floors. very nice. the beach is absolutely gorgeous. We got our bearings and found a corner store and bought a few things. When first arriving here I thought that was the only shop we would have for the week, and thought OK, I will have to learn to cope with that, but after we went for a walk, we discovered a whole new world of Naxos, how exciting. more to ...
