We took his advice and explored the east coast of the island so we could see the red sandy beaches, the white ones and more lighthouses :)

Bike like the wind
The only eastern part of PEI we had seen so far was on the south coast where the ferry landed. So today we decided to head for the north coast of the east side (Kings County). We first stopped in the village of Morell.

Away We Go
All packed and ready to go. Maybe a little too much stuff packed but that is alright. We can get rid of a few things along the way. We made an early morning visit to the Pickard's to say goodbye before departing on a trip of a lifetime. We are excited about New Zealand but just as excited about driving across Canada.
