... good views and ended up at some random Greek tavern with the classic tomato and soft cheese salad. The beach we found was pretty rural and windy but a good place to free the nip. It was nice as well to do the bikes and have some exercise, I think I miss exercise, is that a thing?! The boat was hilarious. It was just me and Eavie who did it because it was €45 for the day which was pretty pricey but we just thought yolo. It was pretty chilling, we stopped off at some caves ...

    The final bit

... on a dirty filter. We emptied the second reserve tank, started the engine, and went on our way to Parikia. The sea was much calmer than the night before and the engine worked reliably all the way. Somewhen in the process, G had woken up and I had brought him up to speed. We traversed north, tacking from 330 to 40 deg a few times and after a few hours reached a bay at the final reach of the Naxos side. We decided to stop, have lunch and a deserved dip in the chill water (we clearly were farther north now). It felt like 2 pm, but when G and I put the dinghy in the water to get an ice cream from the lively nearby beach, it was already past ...

... decked out his camper with great stereo equipment and he blasted house music to demonstrate the power. I think that the people in Antiparos could hear the music. We danced in the moonlight under the stars. The only others ones on the beach was a Czech family and they blasted their own music in competition to ours - I think in good fun. At least they didn't complain and we just continued dancing. It was a great night. =)

Arrived on the Blue Star Ferry (so now we have had Planes, buses, cabs ferries, cruise ships, donkeys, and shanks pony) at around midnight last night. Car there to meet us but travelling through a not well lit place does not give you the feeling that this is going to be great. The greeting is warm and the room beautiful. This morning went for a little explore and it is amazing. Private beach, crystal clear water and really nice surrounds. About to have breakfast by ...
