We just made A&W in time (at 9pm) because after we ordered, they locked the doors and brought down the shutters. We wondered if they rolled up the sidewalks as well? Backseat passengers fell asleep on the way home. We were all tired, so the next day, we just spent the day around the house and shopping ...

... apparently and not long after we headed south the rain set it. Darn. Not long before Blue River the rain stopped and the weather brightened somewhat. Cute little office and cafe on a pontoon and 4 jet boats lined up and one of them has our name on it. Before we hopped on board we had a snack in the RV and one of the resident huskies, who was gorgeous and very friendly, ended up inside with Rich having a sausage. Just before we cast off Tiggy hopped on board. ...
