Lazy Sunday in Plettenburg Bay

Today we took the short drive to the last stop on our trip, Plettenburg Bay. Given that it is a Sunday and the views from our guest house are so nice, we are just going to hang out today - walking on the beach, sitting and looking at the bay. Tomorrow is our last day, and we'll be filling it up, so today we rest. ...

... all over again. Besides the heat, it was such a fun hike. We really enjoyed it!! We relaxed to the max for the remainder of the day. Enjoyed a glass of Remhoogte wine (that we bought on our wine tour) with the owner until we had to get ready for dinner. We had a reservation at The Fat Fish, not too far from the guest house. There was a good live blues band. We both had different versions of kingklip fish. It was so yummy! We have to wake up at 0500 for charter fishing. Good night ...

Chris says that concrete and wood don’t do well in ...

We watched in anticipation from the drop zone area and it was spectacular... I could ...

5, 4, 3, 2, 1................ Bungee

A travel blog entry by maclaren

... England dunking each other, of course England was magnanimous.

My plan for today went like this (and again it was busy to keep on track for Cape Town) tubing in the morning, a free lunch and then bungee jumping in the afternoon. All was going smoothly until after lunch. My ride to the bungee was two hours late. Now I have always said that I would never do a bungee jump, too dangerous. I have sky dived before and this was one the best experiences I have had to date. So a two hour ...
