We also visited a small shebeen, once an unlicensed (and illegal) drinking den, now pretty much a normal bar. This is one of the negative sides of life here, alcohol abuse is a major issue with many people spending their weekends drinking away their earnings. ... from the car park to the falls it took us about an hour, this included making photos and enjoying the beautiful views. On the way we saw seals, or they might have even been otters, as this walk is part of the otter trail, dolphins playing in the breaking waves plus some humpback whales making their way up the coast.
