... The cheapest option seemed to be a tuk-tuk. According to the tourist information center tuk-tuks charge around RS 3,500. If we were a group of three it would be acceptable. Our guide, Lanka, met us with torches at 2:30am, along with the village dog and his own dog Raja, who I was immediately fond friends with. We started the long climb ready for sunrise at 6am.
