Mounting our 50cc chariot for a cruise back into South Beach promenade and lunch at a local cafe. By now, I should have seen it coming... Ordering a couple of "Half Pound" burgers, we were surprised to see the scrawniest burgers you could imagine presented in front of us... Started with driving towards the Everglades. Stopped for breakfast at Starbucks. Yum peppermint mocha fraps (3rd one in less than 24 hours). Did an airboat tour with Gator Park. Pretty fun. Saw quite a few alligators in the wild. One large momma with a baby on her back even. Most were just chillin in the water buT one was swimming for quite a ways towards the boat. After the tour there was a little alligator show. We got to hold ...

I debate another round but I'm hot, sweaty and thirsty. Luckily for me, gate D50 is right beside the Islander Bar and Grill. I go sit at the bar and order a Heineken and a large glass of ice water. 2 Heineken and a green reef salad later and I'm refreshed to do this again.

    Gate D50 start ...

    Day 38 – Friday 7th August

Our last day! We did the same as yesterday, although when we were in the sea I saw a stingray jump up behind Adam, so I ran out and we stayed at the pool after that! This evening we went back to the hospital to get my medical records, only to find that the office was ...
