... A little over whelming. Once we got a little settled, and got some drinks we got to enjoy the atmosphere. It was incredible. I don't think I've ever been somewhere so interesting. Ben had another employee come and wait in line to get us drinks, and also to wait in line to get us food. ... All fairly accessible too. We had not realised how mountainous South Africa is and conversely how flat, there seems to be very little in the middle. The roads are similar in that you are either trying to get round or over a mountain followed by miles of flat plain, sometimes as far as the eye can see.

Tomorrow is Voting Day - a Bank Holiday (another) in South Africa.

... cold", under 10 degrees, at least this is considered very cold here. And it is also cold for Germans when there is no central heating in the not-insulated house. As far as I saw most places do not have central heating because it is too expensive for the short time of cold days during winter. I had to get used to this. We got some wood for the fire place in the house and I had fun making fire in the cold evenings.
