... time here because there were the 3 other full big jeeps. We went straight to the elephants off to the side. At Aquila, there were only 2 elephants that were males. Very young and playful. One was 17 yrs old and the other 19. We didn't get super close because they had their daily visit to the dentist and were a little drugged up from anesthesia. We didn't want to make them too nervous. Our first day here in Cape Town ended quite well and to think that we’ve accomplished all of these things in just one day after having travelled 25 hours just to come here. Wow! But I can tell you one thing….once I hit the pillow…..I slept like a baby till morning!
