    ... Still we can always come back... Then drove onto 'Frisco. Across the Bay bridge (which we thought was the Golden Gate Bridge -oops!) lovely city with so much to offer. Parked up and checked into our quirky hotel - Hayes Valley Inn. Met up with Emily and Alejandro and walked to China town and had a lovely Dim Sum. Lots planned for the next few days.     ... Joanne and I both looked real good behind bars. The toilet / sinks in jail looked a lot like our cabin at Pahaska Tepee Cabins. LOL The audio tour told everything about the history, prisoners and the attempted escapes. That was our day.

    ... 9. Kraib and I took care of that as Husb is not a huge crab fan. It was so fresh and melt in your mouth delicious! After meandering through an antique arcade and along Pier 39 to see the seals and a view of Alcatraz from the mainland, we headed to Ghirardelli Square. (We never got to visit Alcatraz, as the tours fill up months in advance and we weren’t lucky with our attempts to get last-minute tickets.)

    ... almost vomited, usually I'm good with **** like that but holy it was rank and I was super full from my lunch which didn't help.
    Its also really really clean, even like dodge areas like china town and the tenderloin, a bit like Ambleside but way waaay worst, but it's still clean. I actually seen a man yesterday just sweeping up rubbish on the roads and gutters!!
    There is a Starbucks on almost every corner, I haven't seen anywhere ...

    ... Read my book most of the way to avoid falling asleep and waking up groggy (loving Paper Towns by the same guy who wrote The Fault in Our Stars).
