The journey to Hong Kong wasn't quite as smooth as we had hoped. Having been excited to be flying Emirates we arrived at check in and presented our documents as usual. ... I grab a cab and 30mins later we are in SoHo again to meet Warren and Alison, some old friends who have lived and worked in HK for a while.

I absolutely loved Hong Kong, it had all the modernity of a major city with plenty of culture and quirkiness mixed in. I would have to put this as my top city in Asia...if I had had the money to shop I think I would have liked it even ...
