The Hong Kong metro, also known as the MTR, is by far the best transit system that I've ever been on. Even Guangzhou's transit system is quite awesome. Tonight is the first night in a long time where I can say I am really tired. Its not even like we had a super busy day, but I think the days of constant movement and hotels have caught up with me... it only took 4 weeks, but it has happened. So tonight's blog will be a little light.

... with many species of plants, we walked over to a restaurant for lunch. I enjoyed a traditional dim sum style lunch that included jasmine tea, four types of rice dumplings, a rice dish, shredded squid and steamed green vegetables, comparable to asparagus. It was not my favorite lunch but I was glad to have had the opportunity to experience dim sum. After eating we took a bus to Hong Kong University.
