I tried to talk our new buddy Joe who was from Currumbin on the Gold Coast (small world) into being the **** and legs of the emu, Nadsy was primed up to do the head, neck and beak and i had baggsed making the noise with the cardboard flapping. We had to can it because we couldn't source enough bottle tops to make a bush band rattling stick and a tea chest base was out of the question. Joe was a lovely lad and we've decided that if we could ...

One of the pants is a beautiful intense blue with dark red and purple and bright gold borders down the sides (this is all part of the fabric). They're gorgeous and I want a blouse to match. All of my Indian visits and adventures have been embarked upon with both a sense of amusement, as well as a modicum of sensibility! I have learned that you tend to get what you expect here.. and if you expect things'll be difficult, they probably will be! The heat, and getting from A to B are ...
Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum), India mariebee... park in search of the tigers. Initially, all we saw were a handful of deer and some parakeets, just like Richmond Park back home. On our second foray, we spotted a tiger asleep under a tree not far from the track. Cue build-up of tourist vehicles. The tiger, probably fed up with all the noise, soon got up and ambled off down the track, followed by a procession of over-excited tourists in trucks and jeeps. He eventually left the track, and there was an ...
Kovalam, India julia.e... We met some really cool Swedes and Israelis and had some good chills staring at the stars on top of our hotel's rooftop patio. From Jaisalmer we went to Udaipur, which was an amazing town on a lake with palaces and temples all around it. If you've ever seen the first twenty minutes of Octopussy, you'll recognize Udaipur. The best part is, every night, at every restaurant in town, they're showing Octopussy. However, Octopussy made no sense ...
