Travel Blogs from Uluwatu
The previous night we were sat watching TV when the signal started to drop out, then a car alarm outside the hotel started to sound, and before long the bed started to shake too. It turned out it was the tremors of an earthquake. Albeit a minor one, but it was still a another first for the trip!

... in touch over long distance and several countries. Hopefully she will be able to come visit me in Australia next year once I'm settled. I continued on with the driver to Uluwatu where I am staying at the Satria Bungalows for one night. It is a beautiful set of small bungalows set around a turquoise swimming pool. I have my own bungalow with a 4 post princess bed. The bathroom is outside, out a door off of the bedroom with 4 closed walls ...

We pass 5 days at Sandat Mas cottages and it was really nice. Quiet place with a swimmingpool and very clean rooms. It was a littlte bit expensive in comparison with the North of Bali (350'000 rps without A/C), but we enjoy staying there.
