    ... This was one of the Winemakers bottles! Luckily I got to taste from one of the glasses! This had an incredibly eucalyptus nose which I even think made it to the palate. Again, good acidity with much more intensity.

    The best thing I learned today was that once the male elephant is much older then the rest of the pack, they try to exclude him by attacking him. My most interesting observation was how the mountains look when the sun is coming up. It almost looks like a dream.     ... restaurant was really nice and we had a great seafood lunch. I tried the local line fish. It is a very firm and mild flavoured fish.
