      ... is called Cheese Paneer Tikka—it is basically a brick of cheese that is sprinkled with cheese and then baked in a clay oven with fresh bell peppers… He likes to put it with the Naan and make Indian quesadillas! Anusha warned me to keep my distance and to discretely point out the item that I want, so that she could barter a better price for me (the charge much more to foreigners).       ... these days. Around 1:30pm the staff casually got up and said they were all leaving for a lunch break and would be back around 2. We were waiting for our numbers to be called. During the break we stepped outside to get a snack from a stand. We got some chai and a somosa. This place was like a DMV but worse, because it was in India.
