... previously seen dresses I liked when we were in Rockhampton but I had no need to buy anything then. They had 20% off now as well so I didn't feel too bad. A lot of the streets and city names here reminded me of London because they use some of the same names. For example there is an Oxford Street, Hyde Park, Richmond and Paddington. Also a Newcastle and Surry (no "e") Hills.

... sunny, warm and I had been with friends. Really wanted to explore Cockatoo island and as I walked past the ferry port a ferry to the island was due out.. Hopped on and awaited departure. Heard the driver rambling, listing off the stops, but wasn't really listening. Ferry driver still rambling ..... "Check right stops" ..... " always someone not listening" ...... ... for the first time, heard the heartbeat and got some amazing images. We decided to continue our exercise regime by walking back to the house. Tuesday Liz and I went sightseeing in the city, doing a walk from the observatory to the botanical gardens seeing the harbour bridge and opera house en-route.
