... do we do next? Something inside! Biltmore estate, house gardens winery and village is very big around here. So we went. Oh no 60$ to get in. Not in our budget. ... so organised the cutting through the rocks to form this beautiful scenic route. The main part took approximately 20 Years to complete but was finally finished in the 70's. ... the river walk. Little did we know! The meal was absolutely delicious. We both had hamburgers and we agreed that they were even better than Back Water Jack’s! I had onion rings and I don’t think I’ve ever ordered onion rings in a restaurant that tasted like Mom had cooked them. Boy, that brought back memories. They were definitely not frozen out of a bag.

... to travel down to the Smoky Mountains. It was shortly before lunch when we left so on the way we stopped off at a diner by Lake Lure. I tried hush puppies (deep fried corn bread) and sweet potato fries and didn't care for either.
