In the afternoon we took a ride around the old medina in a horse drawn carriage, and stopped off at the Majorelle Gardens, a very restful and shady park, which was a gift to the people of Marrakech by Yves St Laurent. There was also an interesting gallery of posters Yves St Laurent had made as Christmas cards for his friends and clients, about 30 years of these were on display.
