  • After seeing the Agave farms we were taken the Jose Cuervo distillery and were taken around in English (thankfully). From this tour we learnt more about the finished Tequila product:

    1)Tequila comes in five types:
    • Blanco: aged for 10 - 22 days

    ... they did some jaw-dropping stunts. I am guessing that these folks do this stuff all the time. The horses were so well trained and did things I had never seen done before.

    They did a great job at an event that was geared to entertain the gringos. And we loved it. We were so glad we went and I would recommend it to anyone that has never seen such an event. It was worth the $6 US dollar entrance fee.
