Everything that Switzerland was - calm, organized, efficient - Naples is not. Naples is chaos on cobbles. It feels similar to Lisbon but dirtier. You can't go 30 seconds without hearing a car horn, and on some nights without a piercing car alarm persist for 1-2 minutes.
