Well, it rained on and off all night and again in the morning. The forecast was for rain/showers for the next few days. We put off our cycle ride/picnic, hoping that it would clear up. ... TO is not in the middle of town, and when we did eventually find it, it had moved, to a site even further out and closed at noon.. Guess what time it was by then ? - 12.10pm!

When we arrived at La Fleche we settled in and went for a nice stroll by the river after dinner.
There were lots of British vintage TR4's, MG's and other sports cars at the campsite. - some carefully loaded in enclosed trailers.
It is quite near to Le Mans and they go there for track days.

... had a lovely walk around the rest of the mariner then up the stairs to the palace. Had some great photo shots on the way up of Monaco and the mariner. Once up the hill we stopped at a lovely restaurant for a late lunch. We all chose veal for our lunch.
