A cold late start but stunning beautiful clear weather, for
about half an hour, and then the clouds came in. However it wasn’t raining so
outside with us. Still feeling a little piqued from the previous days exertions
we set off on a short walk to observe the Le Saut-Du- Doubs waterfall. Very
pretty it was too. The lake nearby had a lot of small fish in it.
After a slow walk back the rest of the day was spent on housework
Werner and I rode from Beaune to Liesberg in 3 hours. It was a short but good ride.
Overall we had an excellent time, saw some new interesting places, and were very good riding pair.

... same girl she was just a few months ago! And they've grown physically too! They are looking forward to going home, having their creature comforts back and feeling excited about their new school. Having time and space away has been helpful, it's been the antithesis of life over the last few years. Today we challenged each other to guess what day of the week it was! ... it was shut til 15:00 so we decided to head to the Motor Museum that day - The museum is home to the Schlumpf Collection, which is classed as the most Prestigious Collection in the world and the Largest collection of Bugatti's - in total there are over 400 cars in the collection...there are plenty of pictures and a video of Tom going for a spin or roll in one of the cars...
We stayed a couple of nights, visited Mulhouse centre but not a great deal to see here...
30 C today! Off to Zürich to re-unite Nicole and Aidan with Vadim. Took a tour of Google including lunch (excellent and healthy). Very impressive if not quite as extensive as HQ in Mountain View(obviously). Given all the lounges, games, mini kitchens, it is amazing that everyone looks slim and that work gets done - which it obviously does.
Back to Rodersdorf for a last swim in ...
