... scary as anything at Disneyland or Knottsberry Farm - geared for a much younger crowd.
Anyway am just going to post pics and videos and that's it, then to bed!
We fly out tomorrow evening...sad to be leaving but will be great to be in our own beds again.
Goodbye USA, until we meet again.

... time to get onto the interstate for the 600km drive to San Diego.
We only made it as far as 1km when we popped into a Khols store to check out some cheap clothes. I got two tee-shirts for under $3 each and I also got a nice pair of Reboks on special for $25 – and I then got another 15% off that! Now it was nearing 11am and we hadn't even started driving!
Stopped for lunch at a Flying Js truck stop, the Wendys out the front ...
... She did advise it was illegal to fill into a water bottle but was happy to help out.
Back at the car and poured in the $2 worth. Cranked it over and.....nothing! I think the car was on a slight angle so back for another $2. Was a bit like ordering chips at home in the 90's.
The second $2 was enough to to get us over the line and fill up. Just another story on the long adventure and believe me this will be a long one form here on out. No hotels or anything booked from ...
... because I've heard so much about it & never been (very over-rated, don't bother)! Then we headed out to Thaitown for some food before driving home.
Joanna, Natalie's older sister, came over to the house a few days before I was due to leave, with her two young children, Nathaniel & Naomi. While Joanna took her Dad out for Father's Day, I stayed behind with Laurie to watch the kids & take them to the park for a few hours. I've never met such cute kids! They're both ...
... enjoying champagne! Wow! The bubbles are racing over my tongue and the fragrance is bubbling up from the wine glass and flirting with my nose! I love this champagne! My excitement catches the ear of Chad and Abra and they cheerfully echo their agreement! The next tasting poured into our empty wine glass is Wilson's signature Almond Champagne. The woman pouring these wonderful liquids is laughing with us and our reaction is no surprise to her. Another WOW! Light and bubbly ...
Temecula, California, United States naysay... whence he could bring out weekenders and thus rebuilt this hotel as their destination. Once water began to be pumped down from the Sierras in the early 20th century the orange farms expanded and the town grew. It is nevertheless an incredibly artificial town, designed with a ruler and pencil on flat land. Two streets contain all the courthouses, county offices, police HQ, jail block ( a multi storey ultra modern structure) all the law offices and bail bond businesses. Then ...
Riverside, California, United States goliard Well, due to some snotty weather, we had to delay a little, but the new plan is to leave at daybreak tomorrow. There is still a little tinkering going on, but fot the most part, WMD is ready to go. Kim, on the other hand is still running around taking care of last minute items, as usual.
Thanks to everyone who came by to wish me safe travels and ...
San Diego, California, United States eduardennicole... In all honesty, it was never somewhere I had wanted to go. but it is somewhere I have come to enjoy for a multitude of reasons. It will be a shame to go, but everything works out, then I will be back here, before my 28th biffday, so watch this space. Ellis and I have been yacking about business plans, doing Art in NY, setting up companies etc etc and how ironic that in my last few days, we have made a mini Michael Myers movie and started oil painting. Mine ain ...
San Diego, California, United States baldtel_on_tour... and would be after I finish the scuba diving. Its quite funny. The other night, he was like "dude, come and live out here after you've finished travelling, cause I ****ing love you man, you can stay as log as you want etc etc" This conversation repeats itself every time his mouth touches beer, but its cool. Don't get me wrong. This place is cool and I love being by the beach, but living with Ellis for 6 weeks might be a bit too much for him. Living in the US ...
