... Torrey Pines Golf course that hosts several PGA tournaments. We met a couple there who were from Larchmont, New York and they lived about two blocks from Paul and Sharon's. Talk about a small world. Next we went back to our hotel for some poolside relaxing and reading and the odd beer. Siesta time. Dinner at an awesome seafood joint called Bergantine's. I'll definitely update Trip Advisor about this place. Rene would be ...

Big, fun day at Legoland today. We are getting pro at catching the bus now, although our little campers had a bit of trouble waking up. An early night tonight methinks.
I was bracing myself for yet another crowded, noisy theme park, but was pleasantly surprised; the crowds were 'manageable' - the longest we waited for any ride was about 15 minutes - and while the vibe was fun, it wasn't quite so frenetic.

It is fascinating to determine the similarities and differences in our lives depending on where we live. Our relationship with the Burkes goes back about 24 years, as they have a cabin on the Shuswap right beside my ...

Today was all about not doing too much...started off with an early morning run for me - to try and explore the resort a bit more and find the mysterious Vail Lake (of which there was no sign from where we were parked). Will and I got a ride into Temecula to pick up the car we were going to be using for the next few days while Jill finished setting up the RV for our longest stay in a single spot (5 nights, no less) and took ...

... partner Todd LeVeck and I regarding a trip to Nairobi, Kenya where she would teach Kenyan Yoga teachers how to teach yoga for children. She needed it documented and well, the rest is history.

Follow me on a 17 day journey to Kenya where I will be filming and photographing my way from the slums of Nairobi to Masai villages and hopefully some exotic animals will be thrown into the mix.
