    Wir „geniessen" heisse Temperaturen um 36 Grad und eine sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit. Da wir gestern Nacht (1 Uhr) angekommen sind, haben wir quasi neben dem Flughafen genächtigt. Auf Easter Island gab es am Flughafen nirgends eine Geldwechselmöglichkeit und so klappern wir einige Banken im und um den Flughafen ab. Keine wechselt Chile Pesos …

    ... back away. We learn these shells are called Benedicte, since they are used for benedictions in local churches. Small fish swim by, dark blue, light blue, green, yellow-striped, dark gray. One coral head looks like thick lettuce leaves, curled to allow small fish to hide in the spaces between the curls.     ... on we stopped at the Grottes de Maraa, a grotto sitting beneath lush cliffs. Also surrounded by beautiful gardens of flowers and huge fig trees.
