What we did there: wake up, nice breakfast, a bit relaxing, power nap, beach, eating, shopping, photo shooting with Brigitte Bardot, power nap, sport routine (simulate "Schnuppermarathon" Lucerne, M: 52min.     ... I applied a decent layer of cream it was obvious there was some damage. Moisturing cream was generously applied and we went out for a couple of drinks. I definitely overdid it as I was suffering after our pay by kilo meal and a few drinks. So off home, we'll have a proper night tomorrow.

    ... I play all week, go figure. I wonder what somebody would have thought or did think if they saw me out there kicking a soccer ball at an empty goal and missing 9 out of 10 times.
