... and hungry. I had no idea where I was and asked a couple of local girls where this particular place was. There was no record of address on Google maps. I was dropped off along the beach. I walked into a hotel and asked for directions. I felt like I was walking for a long time. After walking past the street several times where my host was living. I finally found the place after accessing wifi and saw messages from Cintia. It was 10.30 ...

Not much of it's character left and I’m sure the cruiseship customers didn’t help, but headed north along the beaches for a couple of places I’d seen on the net in Santa Teresa – great location right on a nice unspoilt beach, but the water still a bit cloudy & weedy for my tastes – one 350 (nearly £100) & ...

This trip has been such an amazing experience so far. We have seen so many things and done things we have never done before. And why change that now. For Christmas and New Years we had the great fortune to have my parents Doug and Brenda, Alyssa and Wades mom Kim, Alyssa's boyfriend Corey, and my friend Jessie join us. But before they joined us we began our stay in São Paulo by doing our last minute Christmas shopping. What's the holidays without the ...

So many crazy things have happened over the last few days; I don't even know where to start. This past weekend my housemate and I decided to go on a little expedition to Ilhabela in an attempt to explore the state of Sao Paulo a little more. It is a tropical island off the coast and of course it had stunning beaches and we soaked up lots of sun. It was great to get some peace and quiet away from the buzz of the big city. We spent the weekend exploring ...
