... bus route was just brilliant - it took you through gorges, past sheer cliff faces, alongside mountains and farms etc etc.
We got to Fuente Te and took the cable car into the clouds. Shame we were unable to see the last 150 m but nevertheless it was excellent.
When we got back to San Vicente we enjoyed some local delicacies. A most enjoyable day.

Not only am I going to miss Santander, I am going to miss the people. We got to know Dutch, Spanish, and British people really well, and it finally hit me that it is going to be hard to see them go!
Looking ahead to this weekend, I really need some rest! There will be a LOT of touring for the next few days, and before I know it, we will all be heading home!
After cl************** school gathered for a closing ceremony so that we could get our diplomas. This is where it hit me that this trip is really coming to an end. A student from Canada stood before all of us to play us a song. We explained what he was going to do in broken Spanish, but then all of a sudden in English started telling us how his grandfather had passed during our trip - unfortunately he had lost ...
