I kind of wish we had decided to live in Fremantle because it is such a lovely place but its just a little bit to far out if you don't have a car and are working in hospitality, as Perth public transport stops REALLY early!!
If you are in Perth, go to Fremantle on a weekend especially if its sunny! The atmosphere is awesome with street performers everywhere and everyone dining and drinking al fresco!
