With our stay in Crail in Scotland we were able to get a bus into St Andrew's. Known for its famous golf course and university, it also has the ruins of one of the biggest medieval cathedrals in Europe. St Andrew's was beautiful and quite historic. It was also windy and we would imagine probably close to freezing in winter. In order to get to our next major destination (The Lake District) we needed a car. Had free time all afternoon so a bunch of us went to Liverpool Cathedral which was beautiful and had the look and feel of a much older church than it was. Of course, like last night's hunt for good food, we also came across some dead ...
