Today we visited the UNESCO town of Telc. Pronounced Telch like belch. Un untouched 16th. century town.

Had a limited castle tour as they are filming the movie "Emperor". Barbara auditioned for a solo and got the part!! Only problem, we can't be here for the rest of the filming.

... a film could be made there. One of the Czech extras came out in costume to explain the situation. Adrian Brody is the lead and the film will be called The Emperor. This meant we could see the interior of the castle nor could we visit the castle museum. We were disappointed and will have to wait for he movie to see what we missed.

... created purely as a wonderland for tourists. Like Bruges though, this doesn’t seem to matter, and there is still a magical air to the place, and we could have easily spent more than just 3 nights relaxing by the river and enjoying the stunning scenery.

... at 8 to have dinner, but since Max and I had eaten already we just got dessert. The dinners looked really good, most people split the bohemian feast with either pheasant or chicken and it had millet, dumplings, ham and a salad.
