... are! Town just as I imagined. Motel lovely and lots of little streets to wander around and bars and restaurants. Went up in the castle, which isn't so impressive, and up the tower. ... letters, this Computer is programmed for German and keeps throwing in Capitals! the letters on the Keyboard are also in different places, most crucually, z and Y - so I Keep putting z instead of y! the question mark is also in a different place. Now I wouldn't call myself a touch typist, but it's more automatic than I realise!


PPS sorry about lack of entries so far, no wifi in house! Enjoy this one ...

... Apparently this bridge also has CK’s highest number of suicide jumps. The gardens are long and narrow, with views down to the river and town, and there is a revolving auditorium about half way along where they often have plays and concerts, and at the end a huge pond with lily pads, enclosed by trees. It was the perfect time of the afternoon, and the sunlight shone like diamonds through the trees around the pond. We sat for some time enjoying the peace and beauty. On the way ...

Today we walked the Prague Palace grounds, St Vitus Church and it's tower. It was a lovely day for walking, although it spit rain occasionally. The palace is the largest palace still being used as a residence. (Take that, Windsor Castle!). The palace ground include St Vitus Church, an Orangery, a Sports hall and the gardens.

... We wandered back over the bridge past them again, and Darren sang at them again, which made them laugh even more! Not sure if they were locals or tourists, but we think they may have been local.
