By the time we have reached Tregony we have covered 24kms and scaled a final steep hill up to the bus stop, once again in good time to catch the bus to Truro. We take some time here telling stories of the day we’ve just consumed and again I am impressed by Ed who has crunched out these kilometres despite blisters, and much perspiration; it’s wonderful to see how strong he is and how well he’s coping.

... to the Castle. Our first direct benefit from 4 years of membership. We read in the guide book that the Mary ley line only goes through the bottom of the mount and not the Castle and at this time of year, with tourists thick on the ground, it is hard to get a sense of any special connection to things of a more spiritual nature.
