... century to supply the nobility with fish and is still functioning as a local industry. This pond is as big as a lake. Next was a walk around the square and castle, and an interesting lunch in a cave. The roast eel was quite good, and best of all was ice cream with raspberry sauce for dessert. We love this resort so much that we decided to stay another day and night. The photos of Pocatky were taken from a 16th. century bell tower. We were inside at 12 noon but the bells didn't ring. Thank goodness.

Photo of the time keeper's "nest" are included.

    We both had massages today.

Left our Prague apartment this morning and drove to this fitness resort. Foot massage for 2 (that's people not feet) at 6 PM. Horseback riding at 10 AM, full body massage at 2 and Jacuzzi at 7:30 tomorrow. We should really be relaxed by Tuesday!!

    Great weather, great time.

A band playing dixie, another playing local folk music and a variety of musicians showing the wares, including one 80+ bloke playing the violin. Haunting! And to top it all we found a great little street-side restaurant serving the most delicious ...

... Slovakia, we are on the way to Budapest in Hungary. Bratislava was great spot for viewing the river boats that go up and down the Danube. We found this little French looking cafe for lunch where two of us had croissants and two had crepes. (Rachel - you would have enjoyed this place). Back on the road again and lots of wind farms along the way. Also paddocks ...
