    100% Perfect

Had a private triple bedroom and bathroom for 2 nights. Location - excellent. Very close to train station, across road from internet cafe. (Though free wifi (but not computers) provided.) Lovely spacious room which was bright and prettily decorated with stencils on the wall. Wardrobe, hangers, 1 double, bedside table either side of it, 1 single, 1 chair each.) Beds extremely comfortable, soft downy pillows. Information guides etc. upstairs on table, same floor as reception (not open at night). Shower was lovely.
No kitchen but vending machines (non-operatable at night to reduce noise :) ). Tried a hot choc. - perfect. Owner very genuinely friendly and helpful. Apart from the one downfall of not having a kitchen, which I have since realised from my trip, isn't standard for hostels in Europe, I literally couldn't fault it. Excellent and completely recommendable.

Perustasoa oleva hostellitason majapaikka, 3 eurolla saat oman wc:n ja suihkun. Siisti ja rauhallinen. Mukava omistajaperhe.

... most of it and headed to the old quarter for dinner. There was a show on as we arrived. Seemed like medieval play (you know those people who dress up in medieval garb and play with swords etc), but in German, and with fire dancers. The fire dancers were performing for the king for context... Anyway, we have seen better fire dancers in Bali, and so headed though the crowd to a restaurant. Had a great meal well into the evening amongst cobble stones and candle ...

... decided to fly in and land on my lap, I usually don't tell Pete and just leave it fly away, but this was was, well, in a rather sensitive region. Needless to say, the first safe area to stop and I was out of the car. Danger subsided, we pressed on. Innsbruck on the surface initially lacked any really feel, we checked into the Ramada, across the road from a few Olympic facilities, one being the giant ski jump. Unpacked and we were out the door once more, this time ...

... around for a couple hours, and traveling up into higher altitude mountains to look down into the town, we end up back on the main street to have dinner and Austrian beer at an outdoor cafe. The food is delicious, the surroundings are perfect, and we just sit and take it all in. At one point, some street performers put on a little juggling show, followed by a marching band that comes passing by us. After Innsbruck, we drive west toward Liechtenstein, a small ...

Well we spend a fair amount of time on the coach, thank goodness it is air conditioned and has wi-fi lol We also stop for lunches at servos off the motor way, these are where all the buses and trucks stop, this is also where you pay to go to the loo!! Crazy how they make money these days. One thing I do like is the amount and different kinds of food they have, it's like a restaurant on the side of the road, with lots of sweets and ...
