The Czech Republic, for me, consisted exclusively of the capital, Prague, with its Gothic churches, bridges, cemeteries and the city within a city that is Prague Castle. I absolutely loved the place and would recommend it to anyone who finds him or herself in Central Europe.

Breakfast - Miss Sophie's does an amazing breakfast. We were at the first seating, which was from 8 to 9. We went down stairs and were greeted with croissants and jam, six different types of cereal, platters of fresh fruit and others of ham and cheeses, different juices, coffee and tea.
