... string and some surplus square adhesive patches to seal our boxes closed. God knows if it's gong to work! We were almost saved by a very friendly, cheery British guy who dropped off his pre-sealed parcels and spoke a bit of Czech, but he just wished us a Merry Christmas and took off in a rush before we could ask him for help. I later googled the Czech postal service to reassure myself and they're allegedly quite reliable, so hopefully it will make it to Australia. ...

Woke to a beautiful, but cold day in Prague. We decided to go aloft and went up the tower of the astronomical clock for a look at Prague from above - very interesting it was too. We managed to avoid what seemed like hundreds of school kids on school trips. After that We went for a 4 hour walking tour around the city with a young Ukrainian woman, Helen, as our guide.
