... Our plan was to visit the supermarket on the way back and get food for dinner. Jess had apparently spied a bigger supermarket than the one we'd visited on Sunday, and so she requested that I drive her to that one. However she didn't know where it was, just that we'd passed it "at some point" near the hostel. We passed the one we had already visited, but the one Jess was talking about wasn't to be found. We got all the way back to the hostel and still hadn't passed it. ...

... belonged to the toothpaste inventor. On our way back we stopped at a couple of beer gardens on the river to take in the sunny day and eat pretzels. We made it to see the sunset behind old town which was beautiful. The next day I headed to Prague but not before having to try the best Halloumi burger ever!!! Halloumi is a type of cheese that you can fry and it is delicious, the burger was the best yet. Plus I had to have chips with ketchup and mayo just to go along with it. ...

As you walk past the statues on the bridge, through big crowds of tourists and past musical performers and artists and street vendors, and look out onto the winding river with Prague Castle on one side and Old Town (which has its own splendor) on the other, you realize that there may not be a better postcard city in Europe than this one. ... protected as there was a steep bank of trees between us and the road, this proved to be a pain in the end because as we approached a ramp leading back up to the road, it was completely blocked with some more trees that had come down... We could see a bus stop up above us so we knew that's where we wanted to get to, as we turned around, we bumped into a Czech lady who was also trying to do the same as us, she said she thought there was some steps back ...
