... provided because everything in Barcelona was so far away and we
didn’t want to miss out on anything. We started our tour by seeing Gaudi’s
Houses he constructed, and moved then towards the area we went to the night
before exploring a little market. Amanda and I sampled local cuisine and bought

... pick pocketed by a lady pretending to have a fake baby! With one hand she grabbed his arm pretending to beg for money and with the 'baby' arm slide her hand into his pocket! Luckily he has done a lot of travelling and was aware of the schemes these people play and felt her hand in his pocket, pulled her arm out grabbed the money and pushed her up against the wall in the alley we had walked into. Anyway back to the 25th, After exploring Barcelona late into the afternoon , we decided to head back in as we were heading to dinner with the hostel that night. A fantastic experience as great fun except for the small problem the Spanish don't like to eat till about 9 - 10 pm watt past our bed times However we trooped on, an loved the night! Xoxoxo ...

... because we couldn't check in, and headed out on foot with umbrellas ready. Barcelona is a city packed with character and charm. I'm a huge fan of architecture, and this city is rich with beautiful buildings! Gaudi wasn't the only talent in this town, but Gaudi was what inspired us to come early. I have been a huge fan of his ever since my art history professor spent one entire lecture talking about his work. I never thought I would see it in person. ...
