    ... rebooking of train tickets and accommodation, we returned to our Berlin hotel this time smuggling in an extra person. The hotel is quite contemporary and had each of its rooms decorated with a different artists work or theme.     ... I sat in the square. Had a donair and a beer and watched the people. By 9:30 we were done.

    We decided to have breakfast in a small coffee sip across the street from the hotel. The meal consisted of ham sandwiches and coffee.

    The next move was to the subway to take us to the train station where we caught a train to Potsdam. The main purpose of this visit was for the grand palaces of Frederick the Great and the surrounding gardens.
