Today we visited the UNESCO town of Telc. Pronounced Telch like belch. Un untouched 16th. century town.

Had a limited castle tour as they are filming the movie "Emperor". Barbara auditioned for a solo and got the part!! Only problem, we can't be here for the rest of the filming.

... for books in German, Latin, Spanish, Italian, and French. A case held books dating back to the 1600's. The Chapter Huose was a beautiful room with fabulous acoustics, now used for concerts and weddings. The cloisters were especially lovely, with renaissance decoration. And then there was the church. ... a film could be made there. One of the Czech extras came out in costume to explain the situation. Adrian Brody is the lead and the film will be called The Emperor. This meant we could see the interior of the castle nor could we visit the castle museum. We were disappointed and will have to wait for he movie to see what we missed.

... their museum, unsurprisingly. It was all over very fast. Milly and I browsed two shops and then met the boys in square. We weren't keen to wander too far and were pleased when we were all back together again. Off to the Castle.
