Today begun really toughly. Like every morning we had to
take the minibus to go to work. Usually their capacity is about 13 passengers. And
let me tell you that is already really full. Today we were 20. I had to go in
the back, it’s like everybody’s nightmare, because it is really difficult to
get there. You have to make your way between legs, seats, bags, etc… I hurt my
foot, I don’t really know how, but I was bleeding when ...

That was spectacular and hiked up to the tip the Cape Point which is the most Southern Point of the Peninsula and then we walked along to ...

Cape Town has a decently sized Indian population, and for a second I genuinely thought I was India. When I got to Cape Town, I met up with K and her friend C for dinner at a nice sea food restaurant I chose. Dinner didn't start off well. The oysters, fished from a bay just south of Namibia, were milky and barely edible. Then I felt a creepy crawly feeling on my thigh. ...

... Southern Sun The Cullinan Hotel , internet included (500 MB daily

We visited Groupon, PRASA - MetroRail and Tokara today. Groupon was a pleasant experience with some young innovative minds but the latter two business visits highlighted my day.

PRASA (Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa) was interesting. They had to accommodate people to attend the World Cup in 2010. Their plan was ingenious and my dad worked for NY transit so ...

... our chairs were sliding from one table to the next. An interesting way to meet the people on the next table but not much time to chat before we slid away again! As you will have guessed we are lucky in that we do not get seasick. There were plenty of guests who never ventured from their cabins all evening. We attended the Show which was one of the artistes singing operatic arias. Although the ship was rocking she never overbalanced once- very ...
